Pre-Construction

Ascent believes that the pre-construction is the most important process. Projects that are planned and communicated properly ensure we execute our site services to our usual high standard whilst our estimating, planning and engineering staff are supported by in-house Health & Safety, Environment and Quality departments.

Progamme and Project Management

As a civil engineering contractor using large quantities of materials, increased labour and utilising large plant items, it is paramount we programme not only the works, but the financial mechanics of each and every project. This sensible approach has been successful giving our clients confidence in selecting the right contractor.

Estimating

It is important to strike the right balance between quality, time, efficiency and cost. We endeavour to provide a service that includes impartial advice using specialist knowledge to assist with value engineering and a transparent, honest tender process whilst assisting our clients with proposed packages.

Groundworks

Our company is able to undertake a wide range of foundations, capping beams, below ground drainage systems including surface water attenuation and by-pass separators.

From excavation to capping piles, Ascent has a reputation for working safely undertaking complex builds within a range of constraints and managing to deliver on time and budget.

Foundations

Mass Concrete foundations, Reinforced and Un-reinforcement foundations

Retaining Walls

Brick and block cavity filled, reinforced concrete, gabion basket and timber crib walls

Earthworks

Bulk Excavation and Site Clearance

External hard Landscaping

Car Park forming, kerbing, flagging, block pavig, external stairs, reinforced and un-reinforced concrete plinths and slabs.

Ground Stabilisation

Embankment support, celular vehicle solutions, geo-textile installation

Below Ground Drainage

We supply & install plastic (Polypipe), clay (Hepworth Supersleve) and concrete below ground drainage

Whilst we do not currently offer maintenance packages for services and products we supply, Ascent Engineering are commited to repairing damage by others no matter how small or large post completion of the project.

Rural Regenerations

We understand rural priorities and uphold traditional building methods to assist rural landowners restore former buildings or simply integrate modern techniques into traditional aesthetic landscapes.
